Has big car like tires. Guy who sold it to me said the motor had been refurbished or something. Motor was fine but the old batteries would not hold a charge. I put no mileage on it because the guy cheated me about the batteries. They were no good and I could not spare the cost of a whole new set.

    1960's era Taylor Dunn electric cart - Good bones! NO BATTERIES (they died)
    Chassis is solid - good suspension and tires (worn but very usable... have very slow leaks - like months..)
    Has big car like tires. Guy who sold it to me said the motor had been refurbished or something. Motor was fine but the old batteries would not hold a charge.
    I don't have the time and money to buy an electronic controller and lithium ion batteries. This has the old resistive load controller that uses coils that heat up to control the speed. There were no electronic controllers back then. anyway, it is what it is. Has a battery charger - that heavy thing in an aluminum chassis.
    If you refurbish it you'll have a kick-butt cart with a back portion like a small pickup truck. Lithium batteries are getting very affordable now and so are the electronic controllers.
    Must pick up locally as I cannot ship this. If you pick it up Monday - Friday 8am till 1 pm there is a ranch helper here to assist you.
