This is a really mobile and robustly built utility cart. When assembling, (which took me approximately 30 minutes), I was careful to put the 2 rotating casters under the handle, (as the directions indicate), which makes maneuvering the cart, even with a heavy load, quite easy. I had no difficulty assembling by myself by applying lateral pressure to the first bolt with a caster, (to hold bolt in place), and then putting on a washer and nut. I then tightened with a 13mm socket. At 34" deep, 17" wide and 32" high and a with a useful load limit of 250 lbs/shelf (500 lbs total), the size and capacities are perfect. The 4 inch casters, (2 swivel and 2 fixed), roll quite easily even over surfaces that are not perfect. I use this cart to move electrical motors, move power tools and tool boxes, as a staging platform for assembling purchases, (the small parts don't disappear off the upper shelf), and as a weather proof serving cart when using our outdoor patio fire pit. We had a delivery problem with the original shipment and was delighted with the prompt customer service from the shipper. A live intelligent person answered the supplied phone number and resolved my issue with one phone call. Totally happy with both the cart and customer service.

Husky 16 in. 2-Shelf Plastic Wheeled Utility Cart with 500 lb. Capacity, Gray review: Another good Husky product. It is narrow and just the right height for many uses. It was a bit difficult to assemble (mounting casters proved difficult) but went together with two (2) people assembling it. It is a very strong cart with only one flaw - it has four casters which are great but ONLY Two of the four swivel. That makes pushing the cart around somewhat difficult. I hope Husky changes this in the future to include FOUR SWIVELING casters - that would make this the perfect cart! I intend to go to and replace the two fixed casters with swiveling casters. Had they included four swiveling casters I would have rated this cart as a 5 star product! There ya go!

Great cart. About 305 pounds but not too heavy. The two shelves are large and have good sides and support 250# by the claim per shelf. The wheels are good size and firm/solid. The sides of the top are good to hang tools from. The galvanized screws seem weather proof/rust free. Good for outside projects. Swivel wheels run well. It’s a plastic/foam injected body. It is solid and contains any small parts or spills. Only 16-inch-wide (narrow) is easy to maneuver in the shop. Not stable on uneven surfaces. Measure markings on the sides and small cut outs to fit 2x4 support across. Be careful in assembly. The directions say tighten but not too much. The shelf is firm and strong, but a powerful turn will squish the material. Could break it. Easy assembly, all parts are good fit. Tight on the outer corners. Can hold lots of tools for projects. I like it.

I love this cart as a movable work station for projects that require me to work something from all sides! I use the top shelf as the work bench and then move the entire project as opposed to spinning it around on my regular work bench (which knocks over everything else on my bench all too often!). For that alone this HUSKY cart is great to have, but also know the Husky people built this with a 500 pound (!) capacity, and I've already loaded it up pretty well without any difficulties.

I like having one of these carts around because it makes it easy to move tools around in my work shop. When I'm not actively working on something I leave my toolbox on the top shelf so I can easily access most of the tools in it.
