The 3413 MET ONE Air Particle Counter includes ASHRAE Cal functionality. Designed specifically for semiconductor cleanroom monitoring, process benchmarking and particle troubleshooting applications. With industry-leading ISO 21501 accuracy and reproducibility, the MET ONE 3413 is the cleanest 0.1um portable air particle counter when compared to equivalent models from competitors. Unlike many particle counters, the MET ONE 3413 fan remains off when operating in a standard semiconductor cleanroom environment, virtually eliminating particle generation.
