The Unit was only used for a month of training myself and never overused, so it is really brand new and comes with 2 Newtek HDMI Encoders/ Decoders. I never even took off the plastic on the Tricaster unit. Also, included is a New still in box Netgear 10 Port POE++ Managed Switch to expand your inputs to 8 and have capabilities to run a backup unit, extra NDI input sources such as PTZ cameras and laptops.  Furthermore, I have two brand new additional NDI- Birddog HDMI- HD SDI Encoder/ Decoders. When I got the unit, the managed switch and 2 other Birddog Encoders were supposed to be sent together. However, the showed up late, so they were never opened. I can also throw in my 2 used 19 inch Dell monitors for operation monitoring that run on Display port and DVI which the unit comes stock with 3 Display-port adapters and 1 HDMI adapter. The monitors I bought off someone else but are in very good condition.
